Фултап койловеры. Описание.
Постараюсь более доступно и подробно объяснить о фултап конструкции койловеров, и её преимуществами перед обычными винтовыми стойками.
С чего мы начинали:
Винтовые стойки с регулировкой 8 см.
За основу брались стандартные новые амортизаторы и укорачивались, после чего вместо чашки под пружиной приваривается трубка с нарезанной резьбой и гайками на ней, пружины пиленные от классики — прошлый век, одним словом…
При регулировки клиренса на данных стойках изменяется и преднатяг пружины, то есть в верхнем положении пружина зажата между гайками и верхней чашкой, а в нижнем положении подвеска мягкая с маленьким ходом, что естественно — не комфортно.
Теперь же, мы изготовили full-tap койловеры:
Конструкцию фултап уже давно применяют такие производители, как bc-racing, tein, lowtec и другие. Но из кастомайзеров данную конструкцию койловеров еще никто не применяет, так что мы первые, кто производит фултап койловеры!
Начнем знакомство с койлами непосредственно с начинки, а ей являются амортизаторы Kayaba Ultra SR, полностью изготовленные на заводе Kayaba! Амортизаторы газомасленные, так как газовое наполнение обеспечивает более стабильную работу амортизатора и не даёт маслу вспениваться.
Большая жёсткость газомасленных амортизаторов компенсируется более мягкой пружиной Фобос с переменным витком.
Сама же фултап конструкция отличается от простых винтов( резьба с гайками на корпусе амортизатора) тем, что в ФУЛТАПе на всем корпусе амортизатора есть резьба, по которой ходят гайки-подпружинники и нижняя часть корпуса с креплением, тем самым вкручиваясь в него, и выкручиваясь из него — это и меняет длину амортизатора.
Самое нижнее положение, при этом получаем низкую и мягкую подвеску
Чтобы увеличить, к примеру жесткость и клиренс автомобиля — нужно поднять выше пружину и корпус. А чтобы потом уменьшить клиренс, при этом не изменив преднатяг пружины, достаточно просто выкрутить корпус вниз, а пружину не трогать, тогда она останется в прежнем положении относительно корпуса, но станет ниже относительно нижнего крепления.
Теперь самое верхнее положение, жесткое
… но достаточно просто скрутить корпус вниз, как сразу же клиренс уменьшиться, но при этом ход подвески и жесткость останутся прежними.
Либо скрутить пружину вниз, тогда подвеска станет ниже и мягче, с меньшим ходом.
Обратите внимание на длину корпуса амортизатора на 2х фото выше.
Фултап койловеры в несколько раз превосходят обычные винты, и предоставляют практически безграничные возможности в регулировке подвески:
— регулировка клиренса: перед диапазон 12 см, зад диапазон 14 см.
— регулировка преднатяга пружины
-регулировка хода подвески.
Стандартный комплект включает в себя 4 амортизатора с пружинами, пыльниками, отбойниками, опорами передних стоек Сэви и ключом для регулировки.
